American Air, Inc. was established by Doug Davis. Doug formerly owned CLAD Heating and Cooling starting in 1991 and in 1994 partnered up to established American Air. He first started his business in his back yard and gradually was able to build a small shop beside his house. In 1998 American Air moved into our current location. The office is in the old Napa building, 400 Aspen Avenue and the shop is in the old fire department, 302 Aspen Avenue. As a Rheem dealer from day one, American Air has been a top sales dealer every year and in 2001 became the only Rheem Team Top Contractor in the Valley.
Doug's goal was a dedication to provide top quality service and installation. We provide sales, service and installation for the majority of the Shenandoah Valley.
15 years have now passed and under new management and leadership, we continue with the same commitment and dedication of providing the best quality service and installation.
